This privacy policy applies to the SpinCanvas app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kosuke Goto (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service with optional paid content. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The Application works entirely offline and does not connect to any server operated by the Service Provider. No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are included in the Application.
The Application does not gather any information about the location of your mobile device.
Artwork you create in the Application is kept only on your device. It is never uploaded to the Service Provider or any third party.
When you choose to save your artwork, the Application asks for permission to add images to your device's photo library. This permission is used only to save the image you export and does not allow the Application to read or access other photos in your library. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's Settings.
When you use the share function, the exported image is handed to the app or service you select through the operating system's standard share sheet. Any data handling after that point is governed by the privacy policy of the app or service you choose.
The Application offers a one-time (non-subscription) in-app purchase that unlocks additional features ("Pro"). All payments are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment information, such as credit card numbers; this information is handled directly by Apple. The purchase state is verified through Apple's StoreKit and stored on your device. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policy.
The Application does not share any information with third parties. The only third-party service involved is the Apple App Store, which handles app distribution and in-app purchases under its own Privacy Policy:
Because the Application does not collect any information, there is nothing to opt out of. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it through the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device.
The Service Provider does not retain any user data because none is collected. Artwork saved to your photo library remains there until you delete it yourself.
The Application does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have any concerns, please contact the Service Provider at kosuke.iosappbuilding@gmail.com.
Since the Application does not transmit any information over the network, your artwork and settings never leave your device unless you explicitly save or share them.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
